How personalised are the automated messages?

Every message is written specifically for your business, your industry, and your tone. We use GHL's merge fields to include the lead's name, what they enquired about, and your business name. Clients regularly tell us customers ask if the messages are from a real person.

What stops automations from annoying leads with too many messages?

Every sequence has stop logic — it pauses or cancels when a lead responds, books an appointment, or is manually moved to a different pipeline stage. We also cap follow-up frequency so sequences never feel like spam.

Can this work alongside my existing GHL setup?
