Migration

HubSpot is powerful.
The bill is more powerful.

HubSpot starts cheap and scales brutally. Most businesses realise too late that the CRM is free, but Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub are separate paid tiers — and the features you actually need require Professional or Enterprise. By the time you're using HubSpot properly, you're paying $800–$3,200/month for a platform that GoHighLevel replaces for a fraction of the cost.

Why Businesses Leave HubSpot
Pain on HubSpot
Seat-based pricing that punishes growth — add 3 sales reps and your bill doubles
Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Ops Hub — all separate paid tiers
Professional tier required for most automation features: $800–$1,600/mo minimum
Contact tier pricing means your list cost scales independent of your seat count
SMS, WhatsApp, and multi-channel outreach require additional add-ons
AI features locked behind Enterprise tier — $3,200+/mo
After GoHighLevel
Single flat-rate subscription — unlimited contacts, unlimited users, no per-seat fee
CRM, email marketing, SMS, workflows, landing pages, and AI all included in one platform
Full automation features available at every pricing tier — no Professional gate
White-label SaaS capability if you're an agency — sell your own branded platform
AI Voice, Conversation AI, and advanced automation at no additional tier cost
Most businesses cut their CRM/automation spend by 60–80% on migration
What Migrates — and How

HubSpot has a complex
data model. We know it.

Migrates cleanly
Contacts & Companies
All standard and custom properties mapped to GHL custom fields
Deal Pipelines
Deal stages preserved as GHL pipeline stages with status mapping
Email Sequences
Rebuilt in GHL workflows with equivalent trigger logic
Contact Activity History
Notes and key interactions preserved in contact records
List Segmentation
Smart lists rebuilt as GHL segments and saved filters
Landing Pages & Forms
Rebuilt in GHL with equivalent capture and CRM routing
Needs rebuilding / attention
Workflow Enrollment History
GHL doesn't inherit HubSpot enrollment state — new automations start fresh
HubSpot-Native Integrations
Some HubSpot marketplace integrations need equivalent GHL replacements
Custom Objects (Enterprise)
Mapped to GHL custom fields + opportunity structures — not a 1:1 port
Association Logic
HubSpot's complex association model simplified in GHL's contact/opportunity structure
Meeting Links (Meetings Tool)
Rebuilt using GHL calendar and scheduling system
All of these are handled in the migration audit and design phase — nothing is a surprise.
How We Do It

The migration process,
step by step.

01
Migration audit
Free — before any commitment
Muhammad reviews your current platform setup: what data exists, how it's structured, what automations are live, and what integrations are in use. You get a clear picture of what migrates cleanly, what needs rebuilding, and what can be improved in the process.
02
Data mapping and architecture design
Before anything moves
Every data field, contact property, pipeline stage, and automation trigger is mapped from the source platform to the GHL equivalent. This is the most important step — a migration without a map is just a chaotic data transfer.
03
GHL environment built in parallel
Your new system is ready before you switch
The full GHL environment is configured, tested, and verified before a single contact is moved. CRM architecture, pipelines, workflows, automations, and integrations are built and stress-tested against real-world scenarios.
04
Data migration — staged and verified
Contacts, pipelines, history
Contact records migrated with full field mapping. Pipeline opportunities preserved with stage history. Automation history noted where relevant. Each batch verified before the next proceeds.
05
Parallel running period
Old system stays live until you're confident
During the transition, both systems run simultaneously. New leads go into GHL. Old contacts are accessible in the source platform for reference. Nothing gets deleted until you've confirmed everything is working.
06
Full cutover and handoff
You're live. Documented. Independent.
Final cutover — old platform decommissioned or downgraded. Full documentation package delivered: system architecture, workflow logic, field reference guide. 30-day post-migration support included.
FAQ

HubSpot migration
questions.

Will we lose our HubSpot contact history?

Contact records are migrated with all standard and custom property data intact. Activity history (emails sent, calls logged, notes) is exported and preserved in the GHL contact record as notes or imported activity. You won't lose your data — you'll lose the HubSpot interface, which is the point.

We've built complex workflows in HubSpot — can they be replicated?

Yes, but not by copying them wholesale. We audit your existing workflows during the migration design phase, map the logic to GHL's workflow builder, and rebuild them with equivalent — and often improved — trigger and branch logic. Some HubSpot workflow patterns have better GHL equivalents.

What happens to our HubSpot integrations?

We audit every integration in your current HubSpot account during the migration review. Most have GHL equivalents or can be replicated via webhook/Zapier/n8n. Where a critical integration doesn't have a direct replacement, we identify the alternative before you commit to the migration.

Can we keep HubSpot running while migrating?

Yes — this is standard for all our migrations. Both systems run in parallel during the transition. New leads can go into GHL while existing contacts are still accessible in HubSpot. Nothing gets decommissioned until you've confirmed everything is working.

How much will we actually save?

Most HubSpot Professional and Enterprise users cut their CRM/automation spend by 60–80% on migration. We go through the exact numbers during the audit — your current HubSpot cost vs. the GHL equivalent for your usage level.
