GHL Migration

Migrate to GHL
without the chaos.

Migrating to GoHighLevel isn't just a data export. It's rebuilding your entire operational infrastructure. We've done it from 8 platforms — here's exactly how each migration works and what to expect.

Why Migrations Fail

It's not a data
problem. It's logic.

Most failed GHL migrations happen because people export contacts and rebuild funnels — but forget to document and translate the operational logic that made the old system work.

Lost Workflow Logic
Automation sequences in your old platform have specific trigger conditions, timing delays, and branching logic. These can't be imported — they must be rebuilt deliberately, not guessed at.
Data Without Context
Contacts migrate. Their history, tags, lifecycle stage, and behavioral data don't follow. A clean contact list in GHL is worthless without the segmentation logic rebuilt around it.
Platform Assumptions
Every CRM has a different data model. Pipedrive uses deals, HubSpot uses properties, ActiveCampaign uses lists. GHL uses pipelines and tags. Mapping these requires careful translation, not direct conversion.

Our Migration Process

How we handle
every migration.

Step 01
Logic Audit Before Touch
We document every automation, pipeline stage, tag, custom field, and integration dependency in your current platform before moving a single contact. Most agencies skip this. This is where migrations succeed or fail.
Step 02
GHL Architecture Design
We design your GHL account structure — pipeline stages, contact tags, custom fields, sub-account setup — before importing any data. The architecture must exist before the data lands in it.
Step 03
Parallel Run Period
We run both systems simultaneously for 2–4 weeks where possible. No hard cutover until we've verified every automation fires correctly in GHL. Zero downtime on your lead flow.
Step 04
Clean Cutover & Handoff
Hard cutover on a low-traffic day with monitoring in place. Full documentation provided. Your team trained on the new system. Old platform cancelled only once you're fully operational on GHL.
